The usage of endowment income of a budgetary institution

Abstract

The article deals with the issues connected with the usage of endowment income of a budgetary institution. The authors analyze the legal aspects of donators’ participation in designation of resources and interrelation of competences between management bodies of endowment fund regarding this matter. The article examines the issues of cooperation between a budgetary institution, an endowment fund and a trustee, including in the sphere of coordination of financial planning. The authors discuss the legal mechanisms of expenditure of endowment fund resources, received from the management of endowment, investment strategies and types of contracts to be concluded while using the endowment income.
