Preparation of civil lawsuits to judicial proceedings

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of preparation of civil lawsuits to judicial proceedings in the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts. The author proposes unification of corresponding rules in a single Code of civil procedure.
