On the state registration of encumbrances of rights to real property

Abstract

The article analyses the notion of encumbrances of rights to real property as well as compatibility of rules regulating state registration of encumbrances. The author concludes that it is desirable to abolish registration not only of transactions but also of encumbrances of rights to real property because the registration of rights is enough to ensure the interests of market participants.
