Abstract

The problems of the European tort law development and the European tort law are the focus of annual conferences on the European tort law. Unifi cation or harmonization, common trends or a unique way, the significance of legal principles and the influence of cultural traditions, inclusion in the legal system and the capability to integrate into a new legal framework – these are the points which are at the centre of researches of national and pan-European regulation in the sphere of compensatory relations arising from causing harm to property and non-property rights and legal interests.
