Conversion into the Ownership of the State, or Nationalization

Abstract

The article examines the notion of nationalization as conversion of property into the state ownership and studies the problems connected with the interpretation of the term “nationalization” and the means of its implementation taking into account applicable legislation, draft federal laws, and foreign experience of legal regulation.
