Interference by state courts in arbitration activities in Finland
Abstract
Law settlement in arbitration in Finland is regulated by the Law on Arbitration and is based on the arbitration agreement between the parties. State courts are authorized to participate in arbitration and interfere with its activity, as well as to assist arbitration pursuant to the powers stipulated by the legislation.
