Problems of administrative and criminal liability for market manipulation and unlawful use of insider information
Abstract
The article examines the problems of administrative and criminal liability for market manipulation and unlawful use of insider information. The author studies the legal regulation of preventing market manipulation and unlawful use of insider information in Russian and foreign legislations, as well as the relevant judicial practice. The author analyses legal aspects of feasibility of different approaches to establish liability for these unfair commercial practices.
