The essence of the administrative and procedural legal relations in the administrative process reform in Ukraine

Abstract

The article analyses theoretical issues of the essence of administrative and procedural relations. It substantiates the author’s concept of administrative proceedings. The conclusion is made about the necessity to examine administrative and procedural activity of public authorities through arising, changing and terminating administrative and procedural relations.
