Abstract

The Italian legal system applies the notion of a “temporary group of companies” among different instruments of cooperation between companies aimed at performing and executing state or private contracts. At the same time this notion can be found in the case law of the European Court of Justice and in the Directives of the European Union. That is why it is wide-spread in Europe.
