Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of stating a scientific problem as a an initial stage in formation of a criminalistical theory. The article analyses historic experience and prospects of theoretical developments in criminalistics taking in account arising scientific problems. Special attention is given to the issue of deliberate search for new problem situation which promote the development of criminalistics and criminalistical theory.
