Abstract

The author analyzes the list of enforcement measures contained in the Federal Law «On Enforcement Proceedings», classifying them on various grounds. The author considers the problem of the scope of bailiff s’ rights in the framework of enforcement proceedings describing the legal problems associated with the use of measures that are not stipulated by law.
