Remedies for natural resource users: experience in case of law

Abstract

The article analyses case law regarding the usage of remedies for natural resource users. The author reveals the peculiarities of legal regulation of relations of natural resource management which determine the choice of an appropriate remedy to protect rights and legitimate interests of persons who use natural resources.
