Abstract

This article analyzes legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on various issues of application of environmental and natural resources legislation, including the right of state ownership to the forest fund, compensation for environmental damage, land title, public hearings on urban activity, importance of the state environmental examination, access to environmental information and other issues.
