Legal regulation of the gas sector relations of the Brazilian economy

Abstract

The present paper is devoted to the characteristic of the legal regulation of the gas sector of Brazil. The author starts with the evaluation of the perspectives of the gas industry. The article represents and characterizes the system of sources. The author studies in more detail the legal regulation of exploration works and natural gas extraction, foreign investments in the natural gas extraction, transportation, storage, distribution and trade in natural gas, as well as its export and import. Besides, in conclusion the author gives his vision of perspectives of legal regulation of gas industry in Brazil.
