Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the United States of America regarding the surrender of persons to the International Criminal Court, and its compatibility with the obligations arising out of the membership of the Republic of Tajikistan in the ICC
Abstract
This article discusses the issues of compatibility of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the United States of America regarding the surrender of persons to the International Criminal Court in 2002 with the obligations arising from the membership of the Republic of Tajikistan to the International Criminal Court. Based on the research the author substantiates the necessity of making a few amendments in this agreement.
