Leo Tolstoy as a mirror of the Russian legal conscience
Abstract
The article discusses the views of L. N. Tolstoy towards state and law as the phenomena of anarchism and legal nihilism which are generally peculiar to the Russian conscience, but enhanced to the ultimate level.
