Basic areas of reform of arbitration trail

Abstract

The article presents proposals on the main areas of reforming arbitration. The author critically reviews the reform prepared by the Ministry of Justice and makes his own proposals for the reform. In particular, the article points out the need to take into account the legal nature of an arbitration agreement and the arbitration principles.
