Principles of legal regulation of public-private partnerships

Abstract

In this paper the author formulates and reveals the content of the principles of legal regulation of public-private partnerships in Russia. This paper examines existing positions in the scientific literature on this question. It analyzes the applicable federal and regional laws, draft laws, acts of international organizations. It is proved that such principles as the origins, the provisions which express the essence of a public-private partnership should be enshrined in law to ensure uniformity of legal regulation.
