The legal technique of reformist bill in Russia in XIX century: main approaches to study

Abstract

The article defines the concept of the reformatory bill and identifies the main areas of legal technique research of this type of acts in Russia in 19th century. Particular attention is given to law codification acts and the most important innovation in the legal technique of the imperial era – article-by-article indication of regulations which are sources of articles of codified law. The author concludes that the legal and technical side of reformative legal acts does not have fundamentally special properties compared to ordinary bills.
