The new doctrine of the essence and spicies division of antidelictual footprints

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is approbation of the new doctrine of the essence and species division of the antidelictual footprints, as well as other related new doctrines and concepts of jurisprudence. It expounds on the shortcomings of the traditional understanding of the footprints of a criminal offense and shows the value in this respect the new doctrine of the essence and species division of the juridical facts. On this basis, we propose a definition of antidelictual footprints and each of their species – the footprints of the footprint-forming object, the footprints of the offense, the parafootprints of the offense, the quasifootprints of the offense. The article improves presentation of the composition of the antidelictual footprints. It examines in detail the importance of a new doctrine of the species division of the objective and of the subjective sources of the antidelictual information for a proper understanding of the composition of the antidelictual footprints . Particular attention is paid to the notion and to the species division of the tracksubstances and of the objective document. Refs. 13
