The new public procurement code within international relations and anti-corruption policies

This article is the result of the intervention of the delegation of the Sapienza University of Rome to the Italo-Russian Workshop “State and citizens: internal reforms and perspectives for international cooperation” at St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, in St. Petersburg 19–21 may 201;the point is to work for the international cooperation to fight against corruption in public procurement and in general in the public administration. The question of the contrast to the international corruption has already been the subject of extensive debate two years ago during the round table and scientific Italian- Russian seminar “Internalization of business and prevention of financial crimes”.
